Creating Visual Language
I love re-conceptualizing brands and presenting my work
I love exploring design concepts. I feel most at home sketching in Adobe Illustrator, creating concepts from the ground up. I often learn from imitation, taking design queues and challenging myself to replicate them exactly. I do this with magazines such as Cosmopolitan and Azure Magazine.
I also enjoy illustrating cartoons and info-graphics. This page features some concepts I’ve personally presented to various organizations in Toronto including Tempur Sealy and the Blue Jays.
It also features designs made for smaller organizations and events and/or concepts created by me in my spare time.
Product Design & App Concepts
Illustrations created in Adobe Illustrator. The featured artwork involves use of a gamut of tools from the basic pen tool to the more advanced ones such as, the gradient mesh tool to create photo-realistic 3D vectored artwork. I really enjoy creating stories, characters. I believe I bring a great sense of humor to my illustrative and info-graphic work.
Wefit Fitness App I conceptualized and designed in order to support the marketing of an aesthetics brand
I think this project demonstrates the comprehensive nature of my design work. I seek to understand and incorporate every aspect of the brand’s values and aspirations when designing. I love thinking, asking, designing, testing, laughing and presenting. I like to be fully invested in every aspect of the work I engage with.
